The tour path

The tour starts in the square of the abbey château, in front of the porch, position no. 0.
The first panel explains the history of the Abbey. A second panel explains the meaning of the brass nails bearing the Cluny coat of arms nailed down in the square.
The first stop is the apsidiole (or chapel) of Saint Joseph, n°1, which is located in the north-east corner of the square.
Each explanatory panel has a drawing of the path with numbers from 1 to 10 indicating the position of the different stages.
