This cello concert was a success with a great attendance. Many spectators came to listen to Derek de la Bernardie, a true virtuoso. He enchanted us and demonstrated all the possibilities of this instrument whose sound was remarkable in the parish church of Saint-Martin d’Anglars; he led us into a musical universe that must have surprised more than one spectator. A great success, with loud applause, the concert was superb!
A friendship cocktail came to conclude the musical afternoon.
